Q. How do I file a claim?
A. Contact the Allied Claims Call Center at 800-282-1446.
Representatives are available 24 hours a day. You may also contact your
agent to report a claim.
Q. What information is needed when a claim is filed?
A. At a minimum, your policy number or home address is necessary. To
facilitate the handling of your claim, you should note the location of
the incident, the names and addresses of those involved, injuries
received, and any witnesses or police authority contacted.
For a loss at your home, you should take immediate steps to safeguard the property or provide first aid to any injured persons. You may make temporary repairs to protect the property, but avoid contracting for permanent repairs until an Allied representative has inspected your property.
Q. How do I contact a disaster recovery service for my home?
A. After reporting the claim, Allied may refer you to a local
disaster recovery service such as ServiceMaster or ServPro to arrange
clean-up and recovery services for damage to your home. Please contact
the Allied Claims Call Center at 800-282-1446 to report a claim.
